      Wonderful people and work environment in the US

      Pros

      Wonderful people and work environment within the NAFTA group.

      Cons

      Systems/processes/nomenclature were developed by Germany without the NAFTA group in mind. German colleagues in Stuttgart can be disrespectful and controlling. Regardless of work experience, NAFTA team members are treated as if they are incapable of performing the duties/functions of their jobs.

      Pros

      Plenty of training and shift work and very friendly work force. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if you want to go up the ladder

      Cons

      4 on 4off shifts can be very tiring and you never really know how long the shift pattern will stay the same. You may have to change back to the 3 shift pattern if orders drop off

      Pros

      Very respectful relationship in between employees. Mahle tech center building is a very pleasant place to work. New, nice, clean and eco friendly building.

      Cons

      Benefit levels are not attractive. Too many companies acquired in a short period created an environment without identity. Mahle, Behr, Delphi employees were compiled at the same building with different benefits, time shifts and directives which always lead good professionals left the company.
