      Pros

      Plenty of training and shift work and very friendly work force. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if you want to go up the ladder

      Cons

      4 on 4off shifts can be very tiring and you never really know how long the shift pattern will stay the same. You may have to change back to the 3 shift pattern if orders drop off

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
