Pros

I have never worked with such a talented group of individuals who really care about people as well as business results. Culture is great. Career paths are available. Benefits are great. No need to look elsewhere. Cannot recommend highly enough. Best job I've ever had!

Cons

No negatives. This is a solid company with great values.

Machine Set-up. My job is to set-up my CNC machines with proper tooling and fixtures. Run and maintain parts/equipment.

Good people to work with. Benefits are ok. Steady job.

Cons

Continuously trying to maintaining production. Automotive engineering is a joke. Diesel engineering group is better. Too much overtime. Alot of standing, they need to allow people to sit more. Need to apply ergonomics.

Great Benefits, Great work environment, Room to grow, Union. Third shift supervisor.

Cons

Layoffs, shutdowns, everything hush, some management. work overtime back to back then next you know people are getting laid off. If they could manage there salary employees, and not need 4 standing around on each shift they could cut lots of cost.
