Pros
Long established workforce, many genuine and sweet employee - many employee events, and support for each other in hourly workforce. Community outreach and contribution exceptional. Employees really felt like a family and safety a priority.
Cons
Management never could see eye to eye. For many of them, it was just a job and just a way to get a paycheck. Many of the managers did not care about their employees, and were not open to new ways of doing things.
