      Pros

      Great company to start your career (Only for fresh out of college undergraduates - Mechanical / Automobile Engineering). Lot of technical and process knowledge can be acquired quickly. Freedom to try new ideas, loads of work and travel is expected.

      Cons

      Work culture is really bad. Yearly appraisal is not taken seriously and there is no scale to gage your year long hard work. Boy's club approach and some time offending remarks are made in the meetings.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
