Programs not intuitive, manager support is lacking, processes non-existent, people do whatever they want with no accountability. No IT support, system changes all the time with no support from upper management.

This company STEALS FROM EMPLOYEES

I get to leave for a company that doesn't steal from me

This company uses state funded grants to pay for training for employees, but makes employees pay them for the cost of their classes before they exit the company. They are making THOUSANDS of dollars off the backs of their employees, from funding from the state!!
