Pros
- Work hours are flexible; - Reasonably good vacation policy for employee with <10 years experience; - A lot of internal and external training opportunities if you like understanding the business and improving your skill sets
Cons
- Germany centralized: engineers in HQ in Germany think they are superior by default; important and promising projects are always handled in Stuttgart - Communication across functions, departments and levels are poor. People used to work in silos and they have the mentality to only focus on their own area and don't care about the big picture of the product. - Too much redundant systems/departments in the company doing paperwork for an engineering company - No career advancement if you are not German - Salary is low
