      Pros

      Easy work, good community and a friendly environment all around. Everyone there is a friend and there's lots of chances to stay busy.

      Cons

      Repetitive, short breaks, sometimes little to no training on new machines. Unforgiving is big mistakes are made.

      Good atmosphere, management is supportive, good benefits for full-time employees. Ability to work with others and travel.

      Cons

      Hard to work your way up within the company, temp employees do not have benefits, German management can be difficult at times.
