Great benefits and loved the people i worked with. 1998 was my last year there. I was The for 5 years straight, had great reviews and raises.

Cons

It’s been so long since working there. It’s in a different location and I’m sure different people running it now.

Job stability, clean and safe environment, loyal workforce who are good to work with especially on the shop floor.

Cons

Little progress being made by management, senior management entrenched, high turnover in junior management, so little actually changes. Although loyal the workforce are disillusioned, and deserves better. Most of us are local, so convenience keeps us here.
