      Pros

      Job stability, clean and safe environment, loyal workforce who are good to work with especially on the shop floor.

      Cons

      Little progress being made by management, senior management entrenched, high turnover in junior management, so little actually changes. Although loyal the workforce are disillusioned, and deserves better. Most of us are local, so convenience keeps us here.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
