      Pros

      Great working environment on board. Great quality food, 24x7 internet, vast library of movies & books.Strong emphasis on safeties,transparency in every step Now full family health insurace is there.. In fact u will be spoiled here.

      Cons

      All of the pros are invalid for me as promotion is painfully slow. To become 2E from 3E one needs 3 recommendations, but even after 4/5 recommendations there is no hope. People get bored & old & when they want to switch its already too late.

      A lot of vacation time, interesting work

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth, used to be very stable but not anymore, people are seldom promoted based on performance. Very clique-ish.
