Pros
Free fruits, coffee, subsidised gym etc if that is something which will attract you to join. 21% Pension is good. 25 paid holidays.
Cons
Lack of flexi working opportunities, No car parking onsite, data security is not adequate, lack of conventional IT processes and environment that you’d normally expect if coming from big organisation. It is difficult to deal with managers and HRs as they are not active listeners to employees grievances but constantly try to ignore problems. 6 months probation is tricky as unlike other companies, Maersk uses probation period against its employees to threaten them if any issues raised.
