      Pay and package can be good if you know how to negotiate

      Cons

      Management is more concerned with politics and career than with actually delivering what the business needs. Three quarters of projects I worked on were vanity projects from managers trying to boost their careers before moving on to greener pastures

      Lot of pros, but if people are non-cooperative, what 's the use of the pros.

      Cons

      Anybody applying for positions of copywriter or designer in the GSC please beware. I had to face severe problems even while taking leaves. Please don't quit your current jobs just because Maersk GSC offers you a great hike. You may severely regret your decisions later!

      Good for laid back and lazy people

      Cons

      Too many: a) Lack of planning and ownership b) No accountability/ responsibility owner c) Re inventing the wheel leading to waste of time and cost d) Too laid back and not pro-work approach (very slow working style) e) Deceptive words from HR wherein no promotion is given to due employees f) No work is done unless followed up at least 3-4 times
