Great people, awesome industry. An ambitious and industry leader but with limited options for advancement once you reach higher levels. As long as you deliver as promised Maersk offers great flexibility in terms of hours and WFH benefits.

Cons

Job safety is very uncertain. Some periods can become very stressful when competition is high or major strategic initiatives takes off, its what to expect and if you can deliver on your targets and promises things will usually work out for you.
