It is a financialy stable company that is able to weather the economic ups and downs. You can get some good proffesional expereince while working there.

Cons

Do not look to do anything cutting edge. Even thier IT systems sometimes seem 5 years or more behind. They are very concerned with risk and take change poorly. Long term employees have a different way of seeing the world than anyone else.
