Pros
- Maersk has a very open culture : You can talk to your manager directly instead of TL if you wish to - Maersk is clear on how and what they want each of their employees to do in order to benefit both the organization as well as the employee - This is company has the best managers - If we were not outsourced to HP, I probably would have retired from Maersk.
Cons
Maersk does not give performance incentives on a monthly basis and there are no night shift allowances...I prefer to ignore the cons....
