      Customer service is the doormat of the company, to many jobs outsourced, comany has to many silos causing job to be harder than it should be

      Pros

      Great place for a networker. CPH office have learned to be flexible with office hours etc. Good in office conditions, canteen, lounges etc.

      Cons

      Not a good place for a specialist. A highly political organisation where your colleagues thinks more about their own KPI's and career than what makes sense for the company. A lot of people succeed in hiding away, not breaking anything.
