      Pros

      Great Repartriation facilities, Excellent ships, Timely reliefs and good people to work with. The food is good, most of the crew is indian and philipino. Seniors are good.

      Cons

      Delayed promotions and nothing more really.I cant think of any other. Promotions take a while. It can take a lot longer than other smaller companies

      - Leading and innovative company in the container shipping industry. Pioneers in many aspects in terms of business model (e.g. Daily Maersk), process, and green technology. - Management delivers clear company objectives and goals to the employees. The local management is flexible and responds to employees' feedback. - Nice colleagues, working environment, and welfare. - Structured job training, large or small.

      Cons

      - Frequent organizational changes, major or minor ones, sometimes change the company direction. Some changes are managed well, some are not. - Frequent IT system change. - The performance of global service center (company-owned outsourcing division) is unstable with high turnover rate.
