      Pros

      There are a variety of different positions that allow you to learn the shipping industry. Management was great and supportive, and the company truly follows their values. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company.

      Cons

      In most offices, advancement passed management is minimal as most positions are located in the Charlotte, NC office. Unless you want to move there, advancement stagnates.
