      Good benefits Working with different countries and culture around the world. Always learning new things. Company constantly improves working processes

      Pay is not good Not a sturdy company. Laid off is usual No career development unless you are in NJ or NC offices

      active in charitable works career opportunities within the maersk group

      Cons

      low salary compared to other BPOs frequent change in org structure (within a year) redundant positions like migration manager-their role can be performed already by the CFO/CFOM no work life balance anymore overlapping project implementation
