Promotions are very bureaucratic and lack transparency Salary is not in line with level of commitment that is necessary for excellent performance Some managers will go the extra mile to bring down your evaluation under the "humble" mentality that only the CEO can have a "high" score, everyone else must have an average or below and feel happy with that (sic)
