I didn't found any pros for myself except the cab facility
Cons
1. Creepy middle management - don't expect any credit or reward for your hard work 2. Un Imaganable Vision - Platform team is the worst kind of it. Despite "Vision" is a favorite word for managers, they are Dumb at technical. You will be adjusted to hear prise any dumbest idea they got. 3. Crazy politics - have to spend at least 50% of the time on politics of you want to stay here 4. Architects are Jockers: - Some of backend data resources are running with public IP on Azure - Can be verifiable - Architect has no clue how dangerous it is - Microsoft sales person is more powerful than Maersk Architect in the company. - Whatever Azure product release, Maersk will become a testing ground for them.
