      Pros

      The benefits are good compared to other companies here in Copenhagen, the pension is very good, the company is a very strong brand in Denmark and it helps a lot.

      Cons

      A company without identity. In technology, 80% of the employees are Indian, extremely sexist, disorganized and rude. It is easy to see that many do not have the technical ability to be in the company, but for an extremely obscure business they are hired. IT is a disaster, it lacks technical knowledge and experience. Managers, for the most part, are managers only at home time and not by competence. A market leader without global vision.

      Pros

      Good pension scheme. Fruits and coffee for employees.

      Cons

      Lot of work already given to offshore vendors where quality and data security is compromised. Lack of flexi working. Employees indirectly threatened with dismissals during 6 months probation period. HR department is the worst and highly uncooperative. Dont even think of reporting any issues them, all issues are conveniently covered up. If you report issues, managers indulge in threats and bullying and their wrongdoings are covered up by HRs. Work culture is far worse than their Danish company A P Moller Maersk.

      Good salary - if you negotiate hard at the interview stage Good pension scheme and other benefits Flexible working Opportunities for travel - if you like that sort of thing New, clean offices in Maidenhead

      Cons

      Blame culture Too many 'geeks' in unsuitable management roles Zero training for staff No feeling of teamwork as people are all based in different locations Feeling that you're just another number
