Pros

Taught you how to perform on the job through video training and role-playing training. Base pay + commission was awesome!

Cons

Your experience with the job depends on the manager at the property you work at. I worked every weekend, but some property managers alternate their employees, so that they don't have to work every weekend.

I don’t think there are any! You are just a number in this company...

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down. Managers degrade employees and it’s almost impossible to get promoted unless you lie and kiss tail here. I have never worked for a more unethical place! It’s like working for the Dollar Tree of apartment companies.
