Place is big enough to avoid annoying people, that's if you have freedom to roam. There are genuine people there but they don't last long. Sugar and caffeine treats when things get intense

Cons

Anyone that has any talent or skillset will be demotivated in the long run. A lot of carrot on the stick situations, victims/victim mentality everywhere. People without management skills getting management positions and then they target people who do have better skillset than them on the grounds of hierarchy

Fun place to work if you enjoy talking with people! Lots of new products come out to keep things interesting

At the time there were a lot of management changes at my store which made things complicated. Unsure of what that's like now
