Ethics, wholesome story, high quality cosmetics, 50% staff discount, ample opportunities to progress (to an extent) within the company.

Cons

Not enough pay, products are becoming less affordable even with discount, CEOs are out of touch and need to retire, internal comms is shambolic, communication between teams is fractured and frustrating. Nepotism is rife.
