      The Discount rocks Products are great dress code employees Events freedom to do what needed in stores

      Cons

      Regional Managers (most gone now) were paid for treating employees horrible, degrading employees not a lot of visits from boss so not a lot of ways to grow commuincation shippment days pallets of product and no where to put it during business hours work on being paperless
