fun collegues, near mrt station

Cons

Greenwashing, poor management, poor communication flow, no training, will crashout when called out. Unrealistic KPI, staff blamed for wastage. High Product wastage due to poor planning and ordering. Poor staff benefits, staff made to work even when sick, difficult to claim mc, staff are seen as cost instead of people. Defensive when given feedback but its the same feedback given independently by different individuals. High staff turnover. poor work flow, events are run last minute. insanely low pay, mid management roles are remotely market rate, closer to floorworker rates. OT is NOT payable and you will be punished for claiming hours.

Great discounts, able to have the broken/damaged product for free.

Cons

The management team was insufferable. Despite telling them I had already approached customers that had explicitly said they wanted to be left alone, I was repeatedly told to pester them.
