Decent people, can be quite fun, challenging, Wage is good, bonuses are good.

Cons

Training was absolutely awful... some of the worst training I have come across... I could have been taught what to do better by a peanut. They don't do proper regular checks to make sure you know what you are doing. They wait until you have loads and loads done and then check the quality.

A great company for free-spirited, eco-friendly types to find their niche. A very accepting company culture and invests as much into their employees as their products.

Cons

It can be difficult for some of the more shy or less passionate employees to fit into the company culture, you must be comfortable talking to people candidly and be alright with touching and being touched by strangers.
