I've been with Lush for over 12 years now. Starting off in the shops and finding myself on a move down to Poole with the company. We have wonderful working environments and fantastic people to work with.

Cons

With most businesses there are always going to be cons, but we have support teams who look into changing these.

Passionate and innovative company to work for. They're ethical and kind as a company, as well as to their staff and customers. Excellent training, and it's simply good fun.

Cons

You're always on your feet and interacting with people constantly, which is fun, but only to a certain extent. You need to be an EXTREME extrovert for this role and have lots of energy and passion to stay motivated to go as long as you do in this retail job, especially if working full-time.
