Great staff discount, wonderful products and loads of ethics.. meeting people and learning about products , living wage employer

Cons

more supervisors and managers than anywhere ive ever worked. unorganised managers and supervisors from ordering to paperwork, scheduling, leave still done on paper fors.. sick pay ? and stores run like franchises .Each one different.
