Pros
- Great discount (50%) and you can get testers for almost everything. - Great individuals that you get to work with, all so bubbly and friendly. - You smell great. - Working for an ethical and environmental company.
Cons
- Management are awful, I felt so anxious going into work everyday, one day my manager said to me; 'if that were me, I'd still be walking that customer around that shop, you've worked in Lush before, you should know better' in the most condescending way. Note: Yes I have worked for Lush before, three years ago, part-time for two months. - You are nagged to do better and be better and harass the customers. I got so sick of being that person.
