Product freebies. Sales staff and a few supervisors are often very lovely and wonderful people. Lush's ethic for reducing waste, stopping animal cruelty and helping the environment are all very good causes.

Cons

Poor management. Communication is a joke, can be very mocking, or just completely lacking. Matters are handled with sales staff too often insensitively and carelessly. Sales staff often feel disregarded and looked down upon, especially when there is a culture of favouritism and elitism. There is a general sense of the work ethic, environment and management conduct being detrimental to mental health among staff. Very little to no progress opportunities for very deserving staff members already in the shop.
