great for getting holiday off, reasonable managers, good amount of overtime

Cons

busy store, got told off on shifts if we even exchanged one word to a colleague, forced to constantly ask customers if they needed help when they'd already been asked.

You get support to progress and develop your skills. Living Wage. 2 free products a month. 50% discount on most products. The confidence of knowing your working for an ethical company.

Cons

You can be micromanaged sometimes which feels stressful. Managers are all human so it depends who you get. Some stores are more relaxed than others. The store I work at is less formal then others but we get positive reviews.
