Upper management could be disorganised Friendly place to work but something boundaries were an issue Too reliant on level one casuals, some who exercised leadership duties but were largely unrecognised for it

I had the best time working here. It has honestly been my favourite job. The hours were long and standing up all day is not that easy, but I had such a great team to work with and that made all the difference in the world.

Cons

The pay was not that great and considering how involved Lush employees are with their customers, I feel sales people are definitely underpaid
