The Lush in Manchester Arndale is ran like a cult, you have to think the way of the unhinged management or else you’re gone. I feel bad for anyone joining especially young impressionable people. Forced to harass customers, no proper training, bullying atmosphere and bad fashion from management I cannot lie.
