      Making a post-layoff culture comeback

      Pros

      A lot of effort is put into maintaining a positive company culture. Recent layoffs left many with a bad taste in their mouths but management is working hard to bring Luno’s great culture back on track. Lot of honesty and transparency with employees since, which is highly appreciated. Work with incredibly talented, smart, passionate, friendly folks.

      Cons

      Crunch time can be an issue. Global support rotation can be rough, though work is being done to improve this.
