Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time you spent at Luno. We’re glad to hear that the culture, growth opportunities, and exposure to large-scale systems stood out to you. Creating an environment where people can learn and develop is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your feedback on decision-making and tooling. As we grow, these are areas we continue to refine to ensure we’re enabling both speed and meaningful technical exposure. Thanks again for your contribution, and we wish you all the best going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for the many years you spent contributing to Luno. We’re really glad to hear that the culture stood out to you during your time with us. Building and maintaining a healthy, supportive work environment has always been important to us, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. We also appreciate your honest feedback around benefits and how things have evolved over time. As we have grown and matured, some of our offerings and priorities have naturally shifted, but we recognise the importance of continuing to support our people in meaningful ways. This is something we actively review and evolve based on feedback from both current and former Lunauts. Your point about balancing customer focus with employee experience is well taken. We know that in order to build great products and serve our customers well, we need to continue investing in and supporting our people. Thank you again for your contribution over the years, and we wish you all the best in what’s next.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being part of Luno. We’re really glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with the culture and that your managers have played such a strong role in supporting your career development. We also appreciate your feedback on benefits. This is an area we’ve been actively evolving based on feedback from our Lunauts. Over time, we’ve introduced a range of benefits aimed at supporting both personal and professional wellbeing. These include private medical insurance, a Discovery Retirement Fund, an increased company performance bonus, and 6 months primary caregiver leave. Alongside this, we offer flexibility through our remote-first but reachable approach, the option to buy additional leave, and an annual Inspiration Day. We also invest in continuous learning through platforms like Learnably, and try to create a connected, enjoyable environment through regular social initiatives. We know there’s always more we can do, and feedback like this helps shape how we continue to improve and better support our people. Thanks again for being part of the journey.
