We also appreciate your feedback on benefits. This is an area we’ve been actively evolving based on feedback from our Lunauts. Over time, we’ve introduced a range of benefits aimed at supporting both personal and professional wellbeing. These include private medical insurance, a Discovery Retirement Fund, an increased company performance bonus, and 6 months primary caregiver leave. Alongside this, we offer flexibility through our remote-first but reachable approach, the option to buy additional leave, and an annual Inspiration Day. We also invest in continuous learning through platforms like Learnably, and try to create a connected, enjoyable environment through regular social initiatives.
