We’re really glad to hear that the culture stood out to you during your time with us. Building and maintaining a healthy, supportive work environment has always been important to us, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience.
We also appreciate your honest feedback around benefits and how things have evolved over time. As we have grown and matured, some of our offerings and priorities have naturally shifted, but we recognise the importance of continuing to support our people in meaningful ways. This is something we actively review and evolve based on feedback from both current and former Lunauts.
Your point about balancing customer focus with employee experience is well taken. We know that in order to build great products and serve our customers well, we need to continue investing in and supporting our people.
