      Pros

      Luno has a great company culture where all the employees feel heard and seen. I like that you can also choose how you want to work i.e remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      Luno has faced some challenges in the past year where some employees had to be retrenched, that will always be something that makes people skeptical about Luno.

      Awesome people everywhere, great respect and consideration, active listeners, eager to learn and improve, lots of trainings, remote but reachable policy. Huge determination and energy to bring cryptos available to all and passionate people working together towards that goal. Really a great company to work for

Our remote but reachable approach is definitely something we feel sets us apart as a model of working whereby we trust Lunauts to be able to do their work from where they feel suits them best!       Pros

      Friendly staff and easy setup. Good onboarding

      Cons

      They scaled ridiculously quickly then fired a load of people within months. Middle management lack strategic and leadership skills so to appear busy they spend hours in meetings and focus on overcomplicating processes for staff who actually do the work. Overall slow to adapt to market changes. The marketing lacks innovation, not sure what’s going on there but from what I observed and heard it can’t be good.
