      1. Perks: You get to travel and work with teams across Europe, SEA, and Africa. Also, you get free lunch, company offsite and other fun company events. 2. Work culture: Everyone at luno enjoys a considerable degree of autonomy. They carry "getting things done faster" attitude. 3. Clear plan: The company defines its objectives and gets everyone to align their work and personal objectives aligned to make sure that everyone in the company knows how their work would help the company achieve its objective. 4. People: Folks at Luno are friendly and passionate about what they do. 5. Diversity - Luno believes in embracing diversity and get likeminded to work together. Very few companies can turn diversity into its strength.

      Cons

      Dynamic industry: As the industry is evolving, there will be a lot of changes and Luno as a company has to be agile to respond to these changes.

      Pros

      Awesome culture and team. Great office benefits. No matter what your role is, you get to work on the cutting edge of financial innovation.

      Cons

      Luno works in a new industry that's being created as the company evolves - you have to be ready to pivot and change your focus regularly. Not a con for me, but might be for people who crave structure and a known destination, that's not the moon.

      Pros

      Luno offers an amazing mix of diverse employees, fantastic company culture and exciting careers opportunities. It really does feel like we are changing the world. Our stunning new office is a great bonus!

      Cons

      We work hard (expect to do some work in the evenings and over weekends), but we play hard too.
