      Pros

      The company has a very positive and sense of belonging with regards to the culture it lives and breathes. Very people orientated and genuinely care about employees well being and work/life balance. Very good opportunities for personal development. No sense of hierarchy, in that anyone in the business is approachable, whether it's to pitch new ideas or possible process improvement ideas. Everyone is encouraged to come up with new ideas.

      Cons

      Everyone is trusted to ensure that they take accountability for their work and meeting targets and deadlines. Not everyone works in the same way, and there are times were certain individuals needs to be managed more closely, to ensure that everyone is taking ownership. Even though minimal, there are instances where departments still work in silos, and there needs to be much more calibration between various departments and stakeholders.

      Great people, opportunities to learn and grow, lots of support, work life balance

      Cons

      Can be a bit fast paced, must be a self starter succeed and willing to learn (not really cons but may be for some). Bonuses not guaranteed every year

      You'll get to learn not just work-related stuff but also cryptocurrency. You also have the liberty to manage your work day. The company welcomes feedback.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced and needs to pick things up fast, which is typical for a Web3 company.
