      Pros

      I truly love the flexible work where I can work remotely or in office. SEA people are great and the benefits are good too.

      Cons

      There has been no bonus and very little increment this year that is very demotivating when the team did not backfill the people who has left. There needs to be more transparency and training for management.

      It has a great culture and a bunch of talented people.

      Cons

      Towards the end, they hired quite questionable people. PR Lead who knew nothing about leading PR efforts and aligning with the entire front row of marketing. Social Media Manager who didn't know how to lead and build a local-centric strategy for a specific market.

      Pros

      Work life balance is reasonable. Fully remote work. Non Toxic Culture. Opportunity to grow between departments. Lunch at work. Work Transport.

      Cons

      Systems need to be upgraded in order for all tasks to be completed efficiently. Systems are not working for us. Improvement on salaries especially internally need to be improved. External hires get paid more without doing the work. No provident fund benefits.
