- Everyone has lunch together everyday. - There is a open door policy with management. - It is a friendly environment to work in. -Parking allowance - 8 minute walk to the Bus terminus. - You receive lots of Luno goodies. -You get to work with a bunch of intelligent individuals.

Cons

-No medical Aid -No pension/provident fund

Pros

Luno has such a great vibe. People are extremely friendly and welcoming and have a positive start-up type attitude. The office is amazing and the free lunch is a huge bonus. Managers and team mates appreciate you as an employee and co-worker. The interview/onboarding process is quite lengthy but also very informative and well set up to make it a smooth transition into the company.

Cons

Parking is a bit of a problem, but they do offer travel allowance which is nice.
