      Great Place to Work and Extremely Fair and Considerate Culture

      Pros

      Its a really nice place to work- smart people and awesome perks. Inspite of being a startup- they have a huge emphasis on processes and are very organized. The CEO also makes an effort to communicate with everyone in the team on a regular basis- which is a major plus.

      Cons

      Personally I haven't seen too many cons. Nothing as such that cannot be resolved over a coffee with management.

      Bright people who work well as a team, big ideas, solid product and fast execution. Great place to be if you like working with a small team to 'change the world'.

      Cons

      Bitcoin is likely to consume your life so depending on your personality it can be a good or bad thing. Generally speaking it feels like it's all worth it though.
