Pros

Luno looks after their staff really well by giving them many staff benefits. They also make sure that their people have the best office, technology, procedures and equipment to work with. They know that if their staff is happy that they will deliver.

Cons

The staff dont always realise how privileged they are and dont appreciate how well the company is looking after them.

Smart people Highly skilled development/engineering team Leadership that is willing to acknowledge when they are wrong People don't take themselves too seriously, they take their work seriously Friendly colleagues Frequent manager catchups Senior Management willing to listen to your opinion (better bring facts though) Compoany provides excellent work tools Medical Aid Free massages Free Lunch

Cons

Company learning to scale properly Not a large set of benefits The company doesn't take probation seriously, basically, everyone gets through which means if you find out someone isn't as good as they said they were and fooled the recruitment process, you're stuck with them.
