Robust onboarding program that sets you up for success from day 1. Managers that are really engaged and work with you to identify career progression. A great mission and value system which gives clear direction for the company and employees can get behind. Remote but reachable perk and work from home once off allowance was helpful when moving jobs during Covid times. No fees for Luno employees on the Luno app
