      Luno is a fantastic place to work. It exceeds every expectation I have from a job. An exciting, cutting-edge industry, high amounts of autonomy, room and support to grow in my career, fantastic colleagues, wonderful company culture, free lunches, excellent perks, modern tech stack, great salary, loads of annual leave, focus on employee happiness and satisfaction... the list goes on. If you're at all interested in Crypto, Fintech, or tech in general, I can strongly recommend coming to join us.

      What truly makes Luno special are its people and their culture. A place where everyone is included and there is opportunity for everyones voice to be heard. They really do try to bring out the best version of yourself and others!

      Cons

      Luno is scaling rapidly, which is a good thing! Just be careful not to let the culture slip.

      By far the best company culture I have ever seen, heard or experienced myself. The company truly values the employees throughout the company and it just fuels all of us to work so much harder in return. This list of pros* is endless in my view.
