      Pros

      I have enjoyed every moment since starting with Luno 3 months ago. Definitely a company that actually acts according to their motto of customers and people first. I have learnt more here in 3 months than in the last 4 years probably. It is great to be part of something that will definitely change the future of money and how the world thinks about it. Very excited for my time here. Remote working (mostly) also suits me very well.

      Cons

      Nothing so far. Time will tell if this changes but I am positive about what I am experiencing so far.

      - Working with very intelligent, friendly and humble people. - Moontality (Luno's culture). - Autonomy. - Great growth potential. - Crypto is a fantastic and rewarding space to be in! - Continues excitement! - Awesome team structure. - Transparency. - Working with cool tech. - Being part of the team that is missioned with upgrading the world to a better financial system! - Lots of perks (medical aid, free lunch etc)
