      Pros

      Luno is scaling at a rapid pace, and the team isn't afraid to acknowledge that with change, comes a feeling of uncertainty. The team is there to support you every step of the way. I've never felt so welcome in my life! Everything about Luno has been a positive experience so far.

      - They care about your growth and provide guidance and tools to help you upskill. - Fairly egoless working environment and they have great leaders. - Rapidly growing and many opportunities to switch pods to try something new.

      Cons

      - Backend driven system so not too many logical challenges for front end teams to overcome.
